Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Skoltech Russian Scholarship, you need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
- Candidates must hold a valid bachelor’s degree for a Master’s degree program
- Candidates must hold a proper Master’s degree for the Ph.D. program
