Student Loan 2022 by NBP: Application is now open to apply for the NBP Student Loan Scheme 2022; the National Bank of Pakistan has recently announced loan facilities for the National students of Pakistan. Deserving students who cannot continue their education due to financial issues are encouraged to apply for this Student Loan Scheme. The government of Pakistan has taken the initiative to support the deserving students of Pakistan through interest-free loan packages. 

Candidates from any city in Pakistan are eligible to apply for the NBP Loan scheme; the application process is online and simple; therefore, candidates are requested not to miss out on this opportunity. The NBP Student loan is for Undergraduate, postgraduate & Ph.D. degree programs. Students must have secured at least 70% marks in their previous degree to apply for the scheme. The best thing is that loan is acceptable for the public sector universities.

The selection is totally on merit bases and availability of funds; We encourage students to apply for this loan scheme before the deadline; the last date for applying is 29 July 2022; applications submitted after the due date will not be entertained.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the National Bank of Pakistan Student loan scheme, candidates have to fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

Age Required:

• Max 21 Years of age for graduation
• Max 31 years of age for Post Graduation
• Max 36 Years of age for Ph.D. programs

Education Requirement

• Candidates must have secured at least 70% marks in their previous degree
• Candidates must have undertaken the courses in the subjects given above.
• Deserving students are highly encouraged to apply for the scheme

How to Apply for NBP Student Loan Scheme 2022?

Candidates need to download the application form from the NBP’s official portal and fill it with the required documents;

Documents Required:

• Photographs attested by the gazetted officer (2x)
• Photocopies of Fee Chalan (Attested)
• Income certificate of the employees
• Copy of Domicile (Attested)
• Copy of students and parents NIC (Attested)

Attested photocopies of all educational certificates, which consist of:

• High School Certificate
• College Certificate
• Candidates’ Mark Sheets and transcript.

Institute Formalities

•  A certificate from the Principal/ Registrar or Vice-Chancellor of the concerned university confirms the admission date or completion of the study.
• Applicants must mention remaining or current fees in columns—no—5 & 6 to avoid any wrong calculation of costs.
• There are 4 un-stamped self-addressed envelopes (Permanent & Hostel Address) (size 5 X 11).
