- Both Male/Female Students are eligible to apply.
- Applicants must be enrolled in Government based Colleges & Universities.
- Candidates must be enrolled in inter (1st Year) and bachelor’s (1st & 2nd semester).
- Landholding less than 50 acres & affidavit of farming as primary means of income
