Today we are here with the Fully Funded HEC Scholarship 2022. Higher Education Commission has announced HEC Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship 2022-2023 for Pakistani Students. The scholarship is offered for the students who want to pursue Bachelors, Masters & Ph.D. degree programs.
The scholarship is offered by the partnership of the Higher Education Commission and the Hungarian Government. Students who want to pursue their Higher Education from Hungary are highly encouraged to apply for this Fully Funded Scholarship.
For HEC Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship 2022, an aptitude test will be conducted in January under the supervision of the Higher Education Commission. All intersted candidates must submit thier application form before January 17th, 2022 else the application won’t be accepted.

Financial Coverage
Stipendium Hungaricum HEC will cover the following expenses of the students:
- Free Accommodation
- HUF 40,000/month will be provided in case accommodation is not available
- Medical Insurance
- Full Tuition Fees
- A monthly stipend
- The stipend varies as per Degree, e.g., 43,700 HUF for Bachelors & Masters, whereas 140,000 HUF for Ph.D.
HEC Stipendium Hungaricum Eligibility Criteria
- The scholarship is open for Pakistani Nationals only.
- Age criteria 18-22 for bachelors and 35 is the max-age for Ph.D. programs.
- Few programs in this scholarship may require IELTS/TOEFL
- Applicants are to fulfill the requirements set by the Higher Education Commission, Hungarian Government & Tempus Public Foundation.
- Students have to submit a bond agreement to HEC at the time of the final agreement.

How to Apply for Hec Stipendium Hungaricum 2022?
Apply online for this HEC Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship. Candidates must follow the steps mentioned below:
STEP 1: Candidates have to apply through the Hungarian official site. Website: https://stipendiumhungaricum.hu/apply/. Interested students need to fill an application form and submit all the required documents required in the portal; after doing that, your need to print your filled application form.
STEP 2: After doing the first step, candidates now need to apply through HEC Official website: https://eportal.hec.gov.pk/.
After completing your application form, candidates need to select “Academic & Research Linkages” under the section of “Scholarship and Grant” While submitting an online application at the HEC website.
